Birch is a specialty coffee shop situated at 21 High Street in Inverness, Scotland. Established in March 2024, it is the second location of the Birch brand, following the original café and roastery in Portree on the Isle of Skye. Founded by Niall Munro in 2020, Birch is known for its commitment to high-quality coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.
The café offers a range of specialty coffees, including espresso, filter, and cold brew options, all roasted on Skye. Complementing the coffee are freshly baked goods, such as pastries and cakes, as well as a selection of sandwiches and lunch items prepared daily.
Birch operates with the following hours:
Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
